At ITEER, we strive to deliver high-quality, defect-free garments to all our customers.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges for sizes on our products. 

We require at least 7 working days to process and dispatch the replacement piece.

Please Note:

  • We follow a no refund / no return policy.

  • Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange, but we do offer alterations.

  • Delivery charges for alteration are ₹199.

Product Condition Requirements:
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with no stains, damage, or fragrances.

  • The original tags must be intact.

Process:

  • Reverse pick-up will be arranged by us. Once the product passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched.

  • Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via email (info.iteer@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91-9873721232) to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately. Such items will be eligible for return/exchange.
Package opening video is to be shared by customer on Email info.iteer@gmail.com .
